We are seeking a qualified Expressive Therapist & Health/Fitness Practitioner to serve as Coordinator for our Holistic Wellness Services at Tutties Place Community Center in Northwest Baltimore. Must be able to provide copies of credentials, including licenses, certification/training and CPR/First Aid certification.

  • Complete oversight and implementation of programs and services.

Impacting Tomorrow Health Center, Co. (ITHC) is seeking qualified male and female drivers to transport clients/patients between residences and office appointments.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Transport participants safely between their residences and ITHC offices.
  • Perform daily safety inspection of vehicle as well as daily maintenance.
  • Provide assistance with loading and unloading of passengers for transit.
  • Work well under time constraints and exude excellent customer service skills.
Job Requirements:
  • Must be 21 years or older.
  • Must provide proof of a valid Maryland Driver’s License and Full Coverage Insurance.
  • Must own a 4-door vehicle or 6-passenger vehicle.
  • Must pass a State and Federal Background Check and Drug Screening Test.
  • Must have a good driving record and provide an official copy of driving record from DMV.
  • Must be available and willing to work a flexible schedule.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of routes in the service area and ability to use a road map.
  • Must possess a working cellular device.

We are seeking a qualified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our Mental Health Practice to collaborate with our head Psychiatrist and serve as Medical Director. This individual will assess, treat and provide for the mental health needs of our patients.

As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner at ITHC you will have:

The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner must be licensed and certified as a psychiatric/mental health nurse practitioner as required by the State of Maryland to practice as a nurse practitioner. Ability to work with children, adolescents and adults is highly recommended. Must demonstrate analytic ability necessary to diagnose patients and develop and implement plans of action for long and short-term management of acute and chronic health problems. Must demonstrate substantial interpersonal skills necessary to instruct patients and their families and to collaborate with health team members.

  • Licensed & Board Certified Art Therapist, Play Therapist, Expressive Therapist (music, dance, drama and creative writing)

Job Duties:
  • Lead individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
  • Conduct client intake sessions including assessments and reassessments.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans based on clinical experience and knowledge.
  • Maintain and update participant medical records, treatment plans, and progress notes.
  • Facilitate crisis intervention.
  • Provide documentation and reports to referral providers.
  • Conduct case management.
  • Attend and facilitate monthly in-service trainings.
  • Review assessments and discharges participants when appropriate.

  • Experience: Must have 2 years of experience working in Behavioral, Mental Health or Counseling fields.
